HEY FRIENDS! I'm so excited to add this new edition to the site, my blog and to my page in general.
NO, I AM NOT JEN SELTER. But I wish I had her butt. I'm partnering up with my friends at Planet Fitness for the next few months to combat that winter weight gain (we all know what I'm talking about). With Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas all coming at us sooner than we'd like, I really need to try and get ahead of the mass amount of food I'll be eating and fight it with some workouts.
One of the main reasons I decided that this would be a good fit for me is because of the fact that I'm by NO MEANS any type of fitness expert. Their "judgment free zone" slogan is really something that attracts me to their gym because one of the main reasons I hate working out is having other people in gyms either stare at me and judge me or having every person there be a meathead (Jersey Shore reference).
With Planet Fitness, there's no intimidation factor when going to the gym and that's one of the main reasons I've decided to team up with them and I can't wait to show you guys my fitness journey with them here on the blog and over on Instagram, too! An added bonus in partnering with Planet Fitness is their dedication to charitable causes like their recent initiative with The Boys and Girls Club of America in which they opened a judgment free zone inside of the Boys and Girls Club in Lowell, MA.
FYI YOU GUYS. They're having a deal for one day only on November 6th - you can join for just 25 cents and pay their monthly $10 fee with no commitment whatsoever.
Make sure you guys stay tuned to here and to my Instagram and if you have any fitness tips, tricks, or wants for the blog feel free to reach out!
*A HUGE thank you to Planet Fitness for sponsoring this post. As always - the opinions of this blog are my own and I will never work with brands that I do not truly believe in and support.*
